Boo Hoo There in no uniform protocal for how these sites operate---- every damn one of them if different...now you see why HTTP/ is so friggin important....

I know. It would also be nice for the programmers if they were able to have one computer language, instead of them having to keep learning a new one every few years. "We're sorry, French ++ is outdated now, German Vistana is the next programming language". Couldn't they somehow just integrate the same rules and language and change something else that upgrades the lanuguage transparantly? Glad I'm not a programmer.

Every few years the programmers have to learn a new language in order to stay up to date with the latest thing. It's a bit like knowing French, then having to learn Spanish because no one is using French anymore.
